Let’s talk From Rhode Island roots to nationwide impact In 2013, Michael Kenney and Charles Antone founded BES with a clear vision: to serve the Rhode Island and Massachusetts community with intentional, high-quality building science solutions. We started small, growing BES through grassroots efforts and personal outreach. We wanted to do things differently, focusing on trust, connection, and collaboration as a complement to technical skills. Our approach was effective. BES has grown at a rate significantly above the industry average since our founding. We have happy team members and satisfied clients. Many of the relationships we built during those early years continue to this day. What began as a local effort has grown into a national presence—thanks to our incredible team and the trust of our clients. Today, we’re proud to work with clients in the northeast and beyond.
