BES offers design solutions for the rehabilitation of building enclosures. Complete repair documents in the form of plans, details, specifications and contractor bid packages are prepared. Building enclosure repair designs either directly or in support of Architects and Engineers can be provided. Based on a comprehensive understanding of building materials, research and testing, designs are targeted and detailed. The BES staff works with Clients to develop project budgets and schedules, facilitate detailed competitive bidding, and perform contract administration, quality control and management during the implementation of the rehabilitation design.

Cove View Towers is a condominium located in Norwich, Connecticut with scenic views of Mohegan Sun, Trading Cove and the Thames River. We conducted a detailed investigation of the building envelope systems, developed the rehabilitation design, mock-up testing and verification, and performed on-site quality control of the repairs.
